Center Day Camp is a wonderful place to spend the summer, and we are proud to have so many counselors who return year after year! We are looking for counselors who want to make a positive impact on the lives of children, who enjoy sharing a love of the outdoors, and who bring enthusiasm and joy to working on a team.

Center Day Camp was established in 1949 by the Jewish Community Center in Portland. Just 20 minutes west of Portland, CDC sits on 27 spectacular acres of woods, fields, and shoreline. Generations of campers have spent their days lakeside, forming lifelong friendships, learning new skills, and experiencing the magic of camp. Today, CDC is a non-denominational day camp of the Jewish Community Alliance, welcoming campers age 5-15 of all faiths and backgrounds, while exploring Jewish traditions.
